Filey Bay STR Finish spent years maturing in Bourbon casks before being transferred for finishing in shaved, toasted and re-charred (STR) red wine Barriques, which came from sunny Rioja vineyards in Spain, then bottled at 48% alc.
As with all our whiskies, Filey Bay STR Finish is made with 100% homegrown barley, grown and distilled from field to bottle, here on the Yorkshire Coast of England.
Light, floral, and fruity with notes of summer berries, vanilla ice cream, orange chocolate, and toasted Oak.
